2026-2027 Enrollment is completed online. To begin, create a Gradelink account. Note: applications cannot be completed on a cell phone. Please use a laptop or desktop computer and a modern web browser.
New Parents should upload the following items with the online application:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- State of Florida School Entry Health Exam (DH 3040)
- Florida Certificate of Immunization (DH 680) OR Religious Exemption From Immunization From (DH 681)
- VPK only: a VPK Certificate. Apply for this certificate at elcmdm.org.
New Students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade must also include the following items with their application:
Teacher Recommendation Form: Teacher Recommendation forms are confidential and are only to be e-mailed by the recommending teacher(s) directly to the school at glschoolkw@gmail.com. Do not upload with the online application form.
New Student Release of Records Form: Parents are required to complete and sign this form and upload it to their online application.

Scholarships
Kindergarten through 8th Grade scholarships are available. Applications are now open and should be made through Step Up for Students. Please go to sufs.org to begin the application process.
